Terms of Service

By accessing and using InboxShield Mini ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use this service.

These Terms govern your use of the email deliverability analysis service operated by InboxShield Mini ("us", "we", or "our").

InboxShield Mini provides email authentication analysis services including:

• SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record analysis
• DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) configuration guidance
• DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication) policy evaluation
• BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) setup analysis
• MTA-STS (Mail Transfer Agent Strict Transport Security) review
• Professional PDF reports with copy-paste DNS record fixes

The service provides analysis and recommendations only. Implementation of any suggested DNS changes is the user's sole responsibility.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

Permitted Use: This service is for legitimate business purposes only. You may not use it for:

• Illegal activities or violation of any applicable laws
• Spamming, phishing, or other malicious email practices
• Analyzing domains you do not own or lack authorization to analyze
• Reverse engineering or attempting to compromise our service

Pricing: The service is offered as a one-time payment of $11.99 USD per domain analysis.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store any payment card information.

Duplicate Charges: If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment processing error, contact us at hello@inboxshield-mini.com within 7 days with your Stripe receipt. Verified duplicate charges will be corrected.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback for a delivered digital product constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in being blocked from future use of the service.

Service Ownership: The Service and its content, features, and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of InboxShield Mini and its licensors.

Your Domain Data: You retain ownership of the domain names and DNS information you submit. By using our service you grant us permission to analyze this information and generate a report.

Reports: Reports generated are provided for your personal or internal business use. You may share them internally or with consultants, but may not resell or redistribute them commercially.

You are responsible for:

• Accuracy: Providing accurate domain information
• Authorization: Having the right to analyze the domains you submit
• Implementation: Properly applying any DNS changes based on our recommendations
• Testing: Validating changes before applying them to production systems

Analysis Only: Our service provides analysis and recommendations. We do not implement changes on your behalf or guarantee specific outcomes.

No Warranty: The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant:

• Improved email deliverability (many factors beyond DNS affect deliverability)
• 100% accuracy of all recommendations
• Compatibility with all email systems and providers
• Resolution of all email-related issues

Service Availability: We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InboxShield Mini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Email delivery failures or bounced emails
• DNS configuration errors or downtime
• Third-party service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service ($11.99 USD).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InboxShield Mini from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or implementation of our recommendations.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use information. By using our service you consent to those practices.

By You: You may stop using our service at any time. All payments made are final and non-refundable as described in Section 4.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

Effect of Termination: Your right to use the service ceases immediately. Previously generated reports may remain accessible via their links unless you request removal.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. We prefer to resolve disputes amicably — please contact us first at hello@inboxshield-mini.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
